Feed groups

A group gathers related feeds — think "Tech news", "Essays", or "Friends' blogs". Groups keep a long feed list navigable and let you read one topic at a time.

Creating a group

1. Open Feeds and click the group filter above the posts (it reads "All groups").
2. Choose New group, give it a name, and optionally pick one of the five tones.
3. Add sources to it on the Sources tab: from a source’s ⋯ menu, or choose Select sources, tick several, and choose Group.

Reading a group

• Every group is listed under Feeds in the sidebar, with its unread count. Click one to read only its posts.
• Pin a group to keep it first in that list. With the group chosen, open the ⋯ menu on the Sources tab and choose Pin group.
• The group filter on Feeds can combine several groups at once, and Ungrouped catches the sources in none.
• When you follow a new source, the Add source dialog lets you put it straight into a group.
