- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- No — the free plan is the trial. Use ReadHiiv free for as long as you like, and upgrade only if you hit the limits.
- What happens if I hit a free-plan limit?
- Nothing is ever deleted. If you reach the feed cap, your existing feeds keep syncing — you just cannot add more until you remove one or upgrade. The same applies to tags, groups and highlights.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade from Pro?
- Everything you created stays. Anything over the free limits is grandfathered: it remains readable and searchable, you just cannot add more until you are back under the limit.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — refunds are pro-rated within 14 days of purchase. Email support@readhiiv.com.
- How do I pay?
- Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which supports major cards and handles taxes worldwide. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
